Our Declaration of Independence

The unanimous Declaration of the People of the United States of America, when in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT, That ALL PEOPLE are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among the People, deriving their POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED, -- that whenever any form of government becomes DESTRUCTIVE of these ends, it is the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE to alter or to abolish it, and to INSTITUTE NEW GOVERNMENT, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their SAFETY AND HAPPINESS.
Caution shall dictate that long-established governments should not be changed for light and transient causes; and experience has shown us that human beings are more apt to endure, to suffer, evils that are sufferable than to end forms of government for which they are used to. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations are not random or isolated incidents, but rather a consistent and deliberate strategy by the government to establish oppressive despotism over the people, it is their RIGHT, their DUTY, to throw off such government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient suffering of these People, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their current Government leadership. The history of the present President of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having the object to establish tyranny over the People of the United States of America. To prove this, let the facts be submitted to the world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. As evidenced by his dereliction of duty to protect the public good when the people of this great nation were struck with a deadly virus. Also evidenced by his dereliction to protect the most vulnerable in these United States, individuals who come to this country to escape poverty, war, and violence in their own countries, because they believe in the American Dream.
He has overridden States' rights by weaponizing the DOJ against states that do not bend to his will. And when states experience natural disasters, which affect the PEOPLE, he has suspended any aid to assist those states to ensure the citizens are protected and cared for during these disasters.
He has refused to bring aid and comfort to democratic strong states, because they are not loyal enough to him.
He has allowed his officials to conduct business over apps that will not retain a public record of actions undertaken by his administration, to hide their activities from the public and any Congressional oversight.
He has tried to dissolve the free and public press, the voice of the people, and another form of oversight to the wrongs and injustices committed by his administration.
He has threatened to cause others not to be elected because they are not adequately loyal to him and his regime, or have spoken against a proposal he has made, going against everything that has made the country of the United States of America strong.
He has exposed the United States of America to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within, by alienating the country from long-held allies and siding with dictators and other despots.
He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose, obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations here.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing judicial powers and holding those powers as a form of oversight against his administration.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices and has threatened to remove those who do not bend to his dictates.
He has erected New Offices while abolishing long-established Offices that have provided valuable service to the People of this land and sent swarms of Officers to harass our people.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws, giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by abolishing long-held precedents for holding our troops and our officers of the law accountable for their actions.
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent, through the tariffs imposed on our allies.
For depriving us in many cases of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond our borders, to be held in captivity by countries that are known for their abuses against their people.
For abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
He has abdicated Government here by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us, if we do not submit to his will and his dictates. As evidenced by his desire to shoot protestors in his first term, and by his continued assaults against a portion of the people of this nation.
He has deputized loyal citizens to become the executioners of his law and his will, as evidenced by his ICE and DOJ officers.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, as evidenced by January 6, 2021, and the attack on the very seat of our government. And as evidenced by his pardoning the insurrectionists and any crimes they may have committed since that time.
In every stage of these Oppressions, we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A President, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our grievances by our Legislative and Judicial bodies. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by the President to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our brothers and sisters and their emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the People of the united States of America, to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States of America, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States and not be ruled by one man who believes himself to be above the Law. We are Absolved from all Allegiance to the President of the United States, and that all political connection between them and the President of the United States and the MAGA movement, is and ought to be totally dissolved. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor to protect these United States and the Dignity of those therein.
